Victor and Linda Patterson are a husband and wife team who united with the purpose of inspiring others to pursue their dreams while leading to a brighter future.

Linda, COO, is an IT Director having over 25 years of experience in Healthcare.  She holds an MBA degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BS degree from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems.  Linda is also the President & CEO of LACA, a small business dedicated to the professional development of women, and is the author of three books:  Learning to Love Yourself (coauthored); B...Is For Behind, The Life of an Overachiever; and Closer to God, Weekly Affirmations for Women of Excellence.  With You  is Linda's first book project coauthored with her husband, Victor.

Victor, CEO, is a Regional Human Resources Director with over 13 years of practice as well as sales and operations leadership experience.  He holds an MBA from The University of St. Francis, and a BS Finance degree from Rockford College. Victor is the owner of VRP Group, LLC, a Human Resources Consultancy.  He also serves on the National Board of Directors for Nexus Youth & Family Services as well as the Board of Directors for the Harold Mezile YMCA, Minneapolis, MN.  With You  is Victor's first book project, and the first coauthored with his wife, Linda.

Linda and Victor teach, develop, inspire, and provide strategies for having a stronger relationship with self while experiencing a daily walk with life.  Linda and Victor are available for seminars, conferences, retreats, and speaking engagements based upon their book With You.
